The Orion Wars FAQ
Has it really been Twenty E-Years (10 A-Years) since I was on a comm channel with another Man of Honor stopping a war before it turned deadly. Who would have won to this day Hunter and I have never figured out! Suffice it to say we don't want to know.

Mariana and I have had the joy of three sets of twins almost perfectly spaced two years apart. The Terrible Two's, Frantic Four's and Sudden Six's in the house at the same time. That was when Mariana told me that one or both of us were going to get fixed or she was going to blow certain delicate parts of my anatomy off with high caliber surgical instruments.

Now here we are with ten separate settlements for which we have Fusion Reactors. Two others are a building and we are starting to look outward.

We have slipped covert assistance to the Alliance of Free States for years but Earth is still deteriorating. Thanks to Hunter's data theft many years ago and diligent work by Kara and the Intel section, we know that wormhole three or as we call them now Transit Points leads to the jewel in the belt of the constellation known as Orion on Earth. We also know it is what we now call a Closed Point, the only way to find it is to come through it from our side. And, that it is the choke point that leads from the Rogon Empire to Earth.

Task Force and Strike Force are everything Hunter and I decided to go for. Small, compact and deadly; comprised only of volunteers who are willing to go into the jungle. Behind us is the Militia, superbly trained but, more interested in their daily life. They are the Hammer that we can bring when the time is right for one decisive Strike.

The question is ³Do We Want to Do IT?² Why the hell should we risk everything we have built for a Earth that hated us.

And as we look into the mirror each Morning we ask, ³Can we leave our souls behind us, can we refuse to free them?²

Welcome to Alchibah, is that a challenge or a curse. That is the question that faces us!
